Booth Transport
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Applied Interiors to do a ful stripout of the Booth Transport, Laverton which includes removals of 7 exdating offices, board room, plaster vadia, kitáun and removals of a -existing floor coverings.
Pickles Aucktions
Piodes Auctions engaged our team to do a ful strip out of their Tullamarine office as part of their planned upgrade. This project includes removals of 5 existing offices, board room, reception area, plaster walla, kitchen, toilets, a 6×6 shed, mezzenine floor and staps and removals of all exbing floor coveringe.
Bank First (Elizabeth St, MELB)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by CBG to do a complete strip out of the BankWest branch that was located on Elizabeth St, Melbourne for their end of lease make goods. Removing all back to empty shell including grinding of the floor.
Guardan Medical centre (Ascot Vale, Melb)
Dox Stripouts was engaged to do a complete strip out of the Guardian Medical centre ion Ascot vale for the extention of the Physio/Podiatry room.
Paul Sadler Swimland
Dox Stripouts is the preferred contractor for Paul Swimland. So far we have one three diffrent schools for them. Demolishing existing pool tiles, grind and prep the pools ready fr make over.
Skechers
Dox Stripouts was engaged by CBG to do a complete strip out of the Skechers (Emporium) as part of their expansion plan.
Quest Aparment (Lvanhoe)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Applied Interiors to do a bathroom and kitchen strip out of the Quest (Lvanhoe). This is a 32 rooms project and is still ongoing.
Social Garden
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Social Garden marketing Agency to do a complete strip out of their office as part of their end of lease make good.
SMaribyrnong City Council (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Marribyrnong City Council to strip out their depot in Maidstone due squatters damaging the facility.
Sportspower Super Store, Ballarat (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Greenbrook, Sydney to strip out the existing SportsPower Super Store in Ballarat ready to the new TK Maxx new built. This including the grindings of the exisitng floor (approx. 1500m2)
FUCHS Lubricants (COMMERCIAL), Sunshine
Dox Stripouts was engaged by FUCS to remove vinyl and grind floor to remove adhesives.
Hobsons Bay Council , BayFit Leisure Centre (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts currently contracted by Hobsons Bay Council to strip outs the BayFit leisure centre changing rooms for a planned face lift. #dox #doxstripouts #StripoutsMelbourne

Dox Stripouts was engaged by Mooney Valley City Council to do various strip outs at Riverside golfcourse
Residential Strip outs, Fitzroy
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Robinson Construction to do a full strip out of a residential property in Fitzroy. Including removals of all old hard plaster walls, kitchen, bath and existing concrete around the property.
Paul Slader Swimming School (Commercial), Laverton
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Paul Slader Swimming School to perform two of their jobs, removing tiles for a 25m swimming pool, both Laverton and Altona sites.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Melbourne (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Hilton Hotel to demolish and removed the hotel cooling unit that was on roof top of a 23 floor hotel. The lift, only goes up to 21st floor, our team walked every single parts down to the lift, passing 4 flight of stairs.
Jurlique, Melbourne Central Mall (TPG).
Stripouts was engaged by InsetGroup, Sydney to perform end of lease strip out and make goods for its client JURLIQUE, located at the Melbourne Central Mall (TPG).
Sunshine Central Medical Clinic (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Sunshine Central Medical Clinic to do a complete end of lease strip outs, back to bare studs. This is the second time we done work for them.
Maribyrnong City Council (Commercial)
Dox Stripouts was engaged by Marribyrnong City Council to strip outs the Pipe Makers Museum due to termide issues, removing all plasters and ceilings.
